I forgot to publish this yesterday, but I'm still sharing :).
Well. It is Sunday morning. I just got off work about an hour ago, and now I get to sit in the quiet of my apartment and watch out the window…one of my favorite things about Sunday mornings. What am I watching? The glow of the temple, the fog and the tree boughs covered in ice crystals. It's completely still and quiet out there…like the world is hushed and commands me to watch and listen, to really see and to really feel. And somehow, this song helps me see and feel in an increased capacity.
This song has held a special place in my heart for some time. It's not really anything I can explain to you, but it kind of reminds me of the scene outside my window. Pure, peaceful and quiet, but exists with absolute purpose and beauty. The glory of God is everywhere.
That's my thought for the day. I hope you all, wherever you are, are having a lovely Sabbath day.
